The Real Problem is why can we not get the newest Civ Balances and Fix to the City maps Desert and Wetlands. Honestly the game is not meant to be played in the Unbalanced original adjustments format. Same Problem for me. turn-based arena games will not start despite finding opponents.

You can set the preference to allow or remove Marriage of State and or Renaissance Tapestry cards.
