There's nothing to indicate otherwise. The premise of this thread is little more than an overdone joke. No reason to take it seriously when they clearly didn't bother to. Designer here. I do not recommend Random crew if you want balance in your game. And the way the game works, you'll have to deal with randomness already. But, if you want to try cards that you'd not find in certain player counts, go for it. But I've seen people become frustrated by that, not knowing ...
