When you stop a campaign in The Crew, how do you resume where you left off next time you get together online with the same group of friends?

My understanding is that Skat tournament lengths are usually 36 deals for 3 players. 12 deals and 24 deals are other lengths I have commonly seen for casual play. Does the boardgamearena implementation consider rivers when computing the distance to one's hometown at the end?

I see a big banner ad on the home page proclaiming the beginning of Arena Season 1, but absolutely no explanation of what Arena mode is or how it works, or how you start games in the Arena, etc. Can someone point me to where this information resides?

In Skat tournaments, in addition the classic scoring, each time a player makes their bid, they get +50 points. When they fail, they get -50 points and their opponents each get 40 points.
