I play Inside Jobs in real-time, with 4 and 5 players most of the time. I don't see or feel any downtime. I just worry that with 4 players, the downtime in the queue (esp. with real-time games) will be quite significant. It might improve the gameplay, but will probably result in a lot of waiting for the game to actually happen. At least, I can imagine that could have been the reason for choosing 3-playe...
