I think punishing this kind of player is kinda problematic. I mean, I hate when that happens as much as you do, but not every player that behaves like that does it out of malice. Sometimes, they are just new to the game (as you said) and think their best chance of winning is by undermining your game...

I really see no problem with this implementation, to be honest. It has been playtested for quite some time now and you can see the amount of effort that has been put into it. I've played yucata's and this is better. I play on a PC though (everything's been pretty smooth so far) so I can't vouch for ...
