You are probably asking about the place to get a new worker. You should check the rules modifications for three players game.
One of the modification is that only two places among the three of the village might be occupied.

In the place worker phase, you already have an option to confirm each of your move. Once confirmed, it is not your turn anymore. So no undo. You may also activate the quick mode in the menu available in game at the top right of the display area. This option avoid to lost time in the animations but it might make turn events harder to understand if you are not used enough to the game.
