Haha... That rather florid and dramatic description of Yinsh is writing cheques that the game itself can't cash, IMHO. I gave it a try and really didn't click.

Seems like this 'game ' is actually more like a rigid fixed process; where if you know how to correctly follow all the prescribed steps in the process then you 'win', and if you don't then you 'lose'.

With all due respect to the author, this tutorial is worse than useless. i have watched it twice and I have actually less idea how to correctly play Spots than I did before watching- which is quite the feat in itself. The tutorial just speed runs through loads of actions without explaining anything,...
