Yeti starting terrain

I got Yetis or Ice Maidens as a random board and chose Yetis. Should I have been able to select my starting terrain? It seems to have been selected for me.

Thanks. That's what confused me, and does seem like a bug as the description of the shovel says it can be used at different times during that phase.

Long handled shovel with employee of the month

I have an imp assigned to be employee of the month and given the long handled shovel. Should I be able to pick up three old manure and then one new one? If so, how? When I removed three old one, I didn't get the option to use it again after the new manure. I'm wondering if this is a bug or if I'm no...
