Sorry to disagree but you dont seem to be a generally fast player. I looked at your recent 10 games (all played on the fastest speed setting) and only in one (!) game you stayed in time. In fast time settings you have 44 seconds per move and you are expected to finish *every* move in those 44 secon...

This is really disturbing, I am not a slow player and it has happened to me a few time. BGA seem to be saying it is our fault. I am never getting 44 seconds positive at the start of a turn. The point is then you get in a situation in Knights and Cities where you might be taking a dozen different act...

I get it when there are several turns left to play and no chance of winning and it can save five minutes. But when it is the last turn of the game it is just really annoying. I like to see my final score and game situation and do not feel this is any kind of show of respect

How is it possible to win an arena game but not earn a single shield? Great though that you fixed the issue of losing points when an opponent causes a game to not be finished
