Grab the Galaxy

Can anyone tell me what Grab the Galaxy is supposed to be? There are no rules, no descriptions, no videos, and I can't find the designer anywhere online. In fact, BGA seems to be the only place that knows about it. What is going on here?

Hey how come Super Mega Lucky Box is still in Alpha?

This game seems to have been stuck in Alpha phase forever, and I'm just wondering why. It seems to work pretty well, and much more complicated games than it have passed through with no problem. What's the deal?
