Board Game Arena

I prefer play in real time, asynchronous games are like yucata, it's a little bored. If I want to play a match for "Race of the Galaxy" I want to end today, not in... 2 weeks :P. I'm glad that works for you, but for my group it's hard to get more than 2 people involved in anything synchro...

Now that my group of friends and I have graduated college, we're finding it hard to arrange times to play games. Work, family, time zones, etc. all work against us. An asynchronous format would help us work around that.

Are games on BGA synchronous (i.e. you play the game in one sitting) or asynchronous (i.e. you can take a turn, leave the site, your opponent takes their turn, you can take you next turn tomorrow)? I've been looking for a nice asynchronous website to play some games with friends since we've all move...
