Nice play NaCl_duke ! As you see , it is possible Terraforming may do better I guess. I don't success to do it .

I don't know why . I have just understood you can't play it if, in the same turn, you adavanced in the same track you want to apply it. New rule ? I don't know. But when you plan it and can't do it with no reason, it is unbelievable to have not been notified by rule changes.
