Gem Token - replacements

Hi. Does anyone know where I can get replacement tokens for Splendor, like you can with dice? I found a website that wants to charge double what I would pay for a new game !!!

Carcassone scoring

When scoring the fields (at the end of the game) the meeples just stay there. Would it be possible to turn them to grey or mark them so players can see which ones have been scored?
