I came here to ak the same thing. Where did the actual sheep go, and why do we have this awful stuff instead? I hope this is April's fool so that we can have our cute little fluffballs back again.

Nobody is making you play the version without a robber. I just suggested it should be an option for some people to use. I would also welcome an option to disable the chat so that if I do have the misfortune of playing with people who can't handle the robber, they don't sound off about it.

I realise this is hardly canon, but I think it would be great to have an option to play without the robber. I play a lot of games on BGA. Mostly I have a good time and players are ok. I'm sure this is a good thing, and thank you for the hard work. But I just timed out and got expelled from a game for the first time ever. Not because of my internet or behaviour, but because the game lagged so badly I couldn't place tiles. I prefer the old simple system if it means no lag.
