Possible Knowledge Tile Bug in 2019 Edition?

Before I report this as a bug in the other forum, I've not played on the 2019 edition, so wonder if I'm missing something. I've loved this game since it came out way back then, with my 1st edition never leaving my collection. Thanks for getting it online!

I also don't get the Simpsons reference. So the New Society exp (with tweaked balanced card replacements) is coming?
