I think Europe is best for a 2 player game with the gameplay that have full use pf the bottlenecks so I think that everyone has its preference. For me in TTR Europe is the best 2p MAP but this is just my humble subjective opinion

Blocking can be done also in Europe ;)

Simple blocking just slow the opponent down...but there are also quite a few tricks

Europe is not worse not better than USA... is just different. You cannot repeat the same tactics of USA but you need to modify them. In my experience on other websites I was stronger in Europe than USA but that was due only from these small differences. (for example to win the game you don't need to...

The top players mostly already played online in previous versions of this game so they have mostly thousands games of experience.
