If you're doing AEG's Dog Lover, can AEG's Cat Lady be far behind?

Thanks for this update, esp the chance to preselect cards to play. One minor issue: in the player log, the icon for clubs and the one for spades are too similar for these old eyes. A sharper image would help.

Bear Island has a stone/ore resource space. It always gives me one ore. It seems like it should also give me one stone OR give me the option to take one stone instead of one ore. Any thoughts?

While I am pleased to have this excellent game on bga, your words about 'converting ingots to bga' is confusing. How can ingots be relevant on a free gaming site like bga? Hope this isn't the foot in the door for a pay to play approach to bga.

I would love this as early as possible as a learning tool.

Playing turn-based (all I've done with this game), I cannot see my opponent's layout, nor she mine. It would be useful for teaching purposes, because she isn't catching some of the basics. And given that it is a card game played out on a table, surely in real time, you could see the other's layout?

I think an interesting Nimmt variation might be to reverse the goal: it's a race to zero with the lowest score winning. Like take-me checkers or give-away chess. It could be tested in bga in Training mode, to see if it was fun enough to be worth adding (i.e., asking bga to add a 'race to zero' optio...
