If you mean stats about a specific player vs you, you can go to the player’s profile and go to the ### game played tab. There should be a button « games between **** and me ».
You can find your stats against that player there and you can mess with the settings if you want to find something else.

Much like ELO, Arena score is displayed as whole numbers but they have decimals, which breaks ties when players appear to have the same score.
