A 'perfect score' in any game has no bearing on Elo -- it's a metric meant to express relative skill levels between players. If a lower ranked opponent is able to tie with you, a higher ranked opponent, their Elo will go up and yours will go down. It does not take into consideration what the maximu...

Anyway, in K2 there are 18 cards (9 blue and 9 green).
