what decides who goes first

I am playing a friendly game and I have gone first each time, what decides who goes first? In person this is decided by who roles the highest number but I didn't see that in the game logs

Backgammon - allow selection of dice to keep

Hi,

It would nice to have the option to select the dice to keep (with this selection staying after a role). I think this is more intuitive.
