Board Game Arena

In a fair competition players can not select their opponents.

How can playing in the Arena be fair, when you can give out RED THUMBS, view who has joined a game and last of all start a New Season on a higher level?

I have created and played in tournaments where Reputation and Level has been restricted and there are specific Playing Hours and still this makes no difference.

I think getting rid of the extra time feature is an excellent idea.

If a player has not got time then they should not select Turn-Based Games.

The number of players who now play when the clock is in the red is unbelievable.

I am curious what these players would do if this feature no longer existed.

It's time BGA did away with the extra time feature. It causes nothing but problems.

Once a players is out of time the game should end.

It is pointless discussing this and making suggestions.

BGA respond by telling you to report such a player.

I skip players when their clock is in the red by an hour.

If players' turns were skipped then this would effect their Karma which in turn would make it more difficult for them to join tournaments.

It is a pity that tournament creators don't have an expel button.

Apparently this is a moderation issue.
