In general, it would be easier all round that if a forumite is deemed to be a troll that shouldn't be engaged with by the moderators, if just lock their threads or delete their posts so we all know where we stand. It's generally only through engagement that it becomes obvious that they are trolling....

Agree with N_Faker, he seemed to have a genuine grievance at first. It's only in subsequent posts that he showed his true colours.
