The new tie breaker in Carcasonne makes no sense. Awarding the win based on the last player to place a tile is no better than flipping a coin. Has nothing to do with playing ability. Longer time for game start

When I first started playing, about a month ago, the wait time was 2 minutes. It has now increased to 10 minutes. Is this done as a way to get you to become a premium member?
