tracking cards played

noting cards as they're played is doable when playing online; when playing in person only certain people with that talent can remember how many 10s remain in the deck, for instance. Those people do exist, and most people could, with a bit of practice, track for instance 9s 10s 11s and 12s. Would you...

Re: Latest update

I like the changes, it's good to have the proper backgammon rules with doubling. Without it we had half a game.

BUT... it is soooo slooow. Even a forced-move roll takes 20 seconds to process.

Re: Need a "skip rolling when no move is possible" function

BUt it still rolls the dice, then thinks about it to realize no move is possible, then passes turn. It shouldn't even roll when all six entry points are covered, it wastes time.

Need a "skip rolling when no move is possible" function

The game already plays slowly, but when one player has a piece on the bar facing a fully closed entry board, it seems like that would be an easy condition to test for and skip that player's roll, speeding up the game during those periods at least.

Re: TICKET TO RIDE: Time to CHOO-CHOOSE your loco-motives!

After playing the Mega 1912 version for so long, I don't even know how to play this version anymore! I was building track for cards that don't exist without the expansion.

aggressive timer use

when posting a trade you put all other players on a timer. It's possible to spam this and run them out of time; to prevent this happening to you, you must hover over the mouse watching intensely for 75 minutes. Catan shouldn't really be a timed game at all, though I know it has to be for online play...

Re: Help needed with rules? Please post here.

How do I activate Rapid Healing (at any time, spend 2 energy to gain 1 heart)? Clicking on the card does nothing, and there's never a point (even when dying) that the game asks me whether I want to do that.

Hopefully you didn't delete the files for the old version; it seems this one is not going to fly.

A) he can tell he does not need to save a 2. Ergo, he can see every needed 2. Further, his discard at this point is intended to trigger a play. Since I can't see the mate to his discarded 2, I must have it. I play any clued "2", or any color-clued card whose "1" is played, or my ...
