Board Game Arena

For some reason I cannot seem to start any Turn Based Games in Arena Mode, the waiting is just endless and if I leave the page (searching for players) when I go back it states that it's not looking for any players and the bar is blank. I don't understand why I cannot start games?

Do you happen to know if the player I have blocked can still participate in tournaments I arrange?

Can some please explain how I block a specific player please? I have read that people say ‘private’ red thumbs up but what do they mean by ‘private’? Do they mean private message I send a red thumbs up? Also, where will I find the Red Thumb? Any advice would be great thank you

Would someone be kind enough to explain how I can be a spectator instead of player as I would like to watch people play first to learn the game. Many thanks - Yvonne
