I did see it in this game table=110563079 (commented on it to the other players, though not with the in-game chat). I'll grab a screenshot if I see it again.

Agreed, this was a very good improvement. But, under what conditions (other than generosity) would you need the option to pay more to the same player(s)? Curious if there is a reason?

You don't click the brake dice yourself. For example, if your prior die is speed 5 and then you next choose speed 2, the game will add the necessary brake dice to slow you down. Then you roll your new speed plus the red dice at the same time.
