Just lost Karma due to service disruption. Site says all karma losses for leaving games will be restored. I have been through this many times and my karma NEVER gets restored after one of these messages. Either remove the promise of restoration message or find a way to restore the Karma quicker. I l...

Just happened to me as well.

Arena game of Space Base when BGA site crashed.

When it came back up it said: game result was "Cancelled", since NO PLAYERS TOOK A TURN, penalties will be neutralized.

Not so. My Karma got crushed AND my Arena ranking dropped as well.
