Ambush bug?

Anyone else run into this? Not sure if it's a bug or just an ugly error code. Don't understand it. I'm being attacked by troops next to me so I'm trying to play an Ambush card and get this: Unexpected error: You cannot ambush the unit, not enough attack power (reference: GS9 09/09 20:47:02) Thoughts?
