1 Round Games

Why should 1 round games earn the same ELO as a 1000 point game. It devalues the performance of a win in a 1000 point game. The chance of winning a 1 round game is pretty much a lottery based on the one hand dealt and bid won. It shouldn't count for ELO of if it did should only be worth very little....
