Re: CATAN: An all-time classic officially available NOW on Board Game Arena!
Games take too long. Main reason is trade. Suggestions to reduce trading time: 1. Prevent trade for any resource which currently doesn’t exist in the game. 1a. Or prevent trade for any group of resource that no single player currently possesses. 2. Any player which does not have the requested resour...

Games status not changing when ready
Is the any progress in fixing the bug where bga server starts a game but game status is still on the lobby for players? Very annoying and we can get a time out/get kicked from a game without knowing a game has started. Yet bga still says “there was nothing wrong with your game” you must accept negat...

Celestia, incorrect card flow (jetpack/power card)
When an airships crashs: player 1 plays jetpack player 2 plays magic spyglass / alternative route Player 2 jetpack activates and exits airship spyglass/alternative route activates and everyone else continues. However, the game creator (BLAM!) has confirmed jetpack should only activate if the airship...

Re: FAKE red thumb - never played with them
I can see a message from this player in my “recent activity”.
Maybe it’s not a red thumb, just a manual message to my wall.
I guess as you say you can’t actually see if someone gives you a red thumb. Sorry for the confusion.

FAKE red thumb - never played with them
Update: I was mistaken in thinking the person gave me a red thumb. They simply posted a message on my wall.

hanabi-flambouyants (sometimes unusable / getting in the way))
-If you have a flambouyants when playing a final 5 to end the game, no flambouyant is neccessary. -Suggest: check if game is completed before executing a flambouyant call -If you have a flambouyant to immedietly play a card from the discard pile but none are playable you have to skip -Currently game...

Oh ok, I thought that all quest cards get placed in a secondary pile until the quest cards run out and you reshuffle them.dschingis27 wrote: ↑12 November 2020, 23:00 there are 3 wall cards in the deck and only one gets discarded between "End of round" and "Next round"

Re: Strategy Guide for Incan Gold
I just had a game where we had 4 of the same hazard in a set of 5 cards.
End of round: 2 walls
Next round: wall, gem, wall.
This wouldn;t happen in a real game, so how is the bga version coded?

Re: "skip turns" ->"get back in game"
Exceeding that time limit (going to zero time) is a statement from the player that "I care about my whims more than I care about the time of other players and the commitment I made to those players." Running out of time is not usually malicious. Especially in a game like hanabi (which I'm...

"skip turns" ->"get back in game"
When your time goes below zero it is possible for someone else to kick you out of the game by clicking "skip turns". Then you get this message: "Your thinking time has expired and all your turns will be skipped." Clicking... ->"Get back in the game" "Are you sure? ...
