don't understand why objectives are completed or not

[fimg=]https://ibb.co/gr10ShX[/fimg] Hi ! If you click on the link above, you can see that objectives "strict majority of green cards" and "strict majority of blue cards" are both completed. I don't understand why... Only green cards should be completed, isn't it ? Thanks a lot ;)
