How can I help test this? I don't see Watergate when I search for games and I've never tested before, mostly because I just recently got to the 50 games requirement.

But I own Watergate and have played it about 15 times on tabletop. I'd be happy to test and give feedback.

Agree that people timing out is a growing problem. This often happens on faster turn-based games. I would suggest that if someone times out more than a few times, they should no longer be able to join games at that speed. If I'm a 450 player and I decide to take some time off from a game, and my ELO drops 10% to 405, and I come back to that game and beat someone, s/he gets credit with losing to a 405 player instead of a 450 player.
