Confirmation to reach last level of tech tracks early

For some of the tech tracks, reaching the last tech level means you lose the production and get a lump sum. Happens for the two right-most tracks for resources and knowledge. My suggestion is that if you click to upgrade to these 5th tech levels before the last round of the game, you get a warning (...
