It also appears that the UI already supports hands of up to 13 cards (there is enough space on the screen for that many cards). Were 13-card hands previously supported but then removed? If so, why?

If you think that bidding 0 rather than high is easier, then you should think that the positive option works best for rewarding those that are choosing the less favourable option. Can someone please fix the advertisement problem with Oh Hell. Whenever an advertisement appears Oh Hell will not start. Option to play all 13 rounds in 4-player game?

I would love to have the option of playing all 13 rounds in 4-player games (this is also the way Oh Hell! is supposed to be played!) Agree that the constraint on the sum of bids not equaling the number of tricks is an important part of the game. I would be open to getting rid of the low-card rounds to reduce randomness and also play all 13 rounds in 4-player games.
