Is it just me or is the tournament Format bonkers? I have been playing pinochle for almost 40 years and have never heard of using a deck with 7 and 8. It completely changes the meld and play phases. A pinochle deck should be 9-A. I don't get this format at all.

I am a little obsessed with this game and went online to buy a paper copy and found out the hard copies aren't out yet! Any intentions of a US release? I would love to share this with some family who are not online. I will be watching the forum for announcements.

It's become so common I'm surprised when I find a game where it doesn't happen.

I would estimate that in 80% of games, there is clear and obvious multiaccount/team play. Stealing/blocking only other players, making unbalanced trades with each other... One little question: because there's so much room for subjectivity in awarding correct answers, does the ranking functionality really have much value here? Wouldn't it be easier to just make it an unrank...
