In the German original rules of 1997 you have to finish the turn to end game. In translation, the game ends when you couldn’t refile your hand. ( and in this case, you don’t have monument points ). Looooong Time ago, there was a website just for T&E online, which had to close when an AppStore version of the game was edited.
Btw, if one or more of the 12/15 players are here, i would be so happy to face them again.

It is strategic for defense to spend tiles because he doesnt need those tiles anymore. And so he will probably draw tiles he needs ( like red tiles for’example)
