Not to my knowledge, but you can get a cheaper-per-month price by paying for a longer period of time. You can also get points by playing new games or contributing to the site that can then be cashed in for a month of premium

Cards they've reserved: in the game log, it says "opponent reserves visible card from x row". On computer, if you hover over the text, it shows what card. Not sure if this works for anyone on mobile - it doesn't for me.
