Re: Looking for game suggestions

Yes, Caravan is a good one for this (you can also 'steal' in a way by blocking other's paths so they can't turn in goods as easily). Caper is one where you can blow up or incinerate the other players equipment. Colt express And I just played Eruption for the first time. Lots of player interaction, r...

Re: Where is the current theme card?

Certain Courtship variants do not reveal the theme right away. 'open - base' is the only one that always shows the courtship theme at the start of a quarter. Check your courtship settings to see. The card will be displayed along the top of the adderley board ( top smaller common board that shows the...

Re: Best Kid Games

I see kids playing sushi go (or S. G. party) at the local game store.

Some others that might work are LLAMA, monster Factory, or draftasaurus.

Possibly similo?

Re: Do most people study the strategy tips for new games, or ignore and learn through playing?

I find it's much easier to enjoy playing a new heavier game in person rather than on BGA. Re: Spooky/Halloween themed games?

Patchwork has a Halloween themed version.
I think King of Tokyo also has a version with the monsters wearing Halloween costumes.
You can play Similo with the 'spookies' deck.

Re: Many alpha games not accessible

You have to sign up to review each alpha game before it becomes accessible to you. Go to community tab on top menu, then to ' review and approve alpha games'. Find the game you are interested in on that page and hit the start reviewing button by it. You can not even see the game info page until you ...

Re: What's your biggest percent of won games?

I have 133% on celestia. I've only played it 3 times, and won twice.

With games I have played more often, it's 89% with Art Decko.

Games with more players gain you more % per win because you are beating more players.

Re: How do I start a single player game session?

You need to set your game to training mode first, then it will let you set the game to one player. You will also need to push the start game button.
