I tried I think 10 is probably too many. To really compete on total Elite points, 5 might be more realistic.

At the very least, when someone who has given out a red thumb is waiting for a table in Arena with the red-thumbee, I think the red-thumber should be moved to the end of the line for getting seated at a table.
