Gardener helper - how to use?

I’m unable to figure out how to actually use the Gardener after playing it? I can’t activate it in order to place a good on it from my fields. Thank you.

La Granja - activate Gardener helper?

I’ve been unable to use this helper after playing it to my board. How do I get a good from a field to the card? It’s not activating during Anytime Actions nor during deliveries phase. Thank you.
