Re: BGA app no longer pushing notifications to tablet notification area
Sorry I don't remember if via the app or website as I use both. No harm trying it on the website though.

Re: BGA app no longer pushing notifications to tablet notification area
I had this recently. I turned the notifications off and on again under Preferences/Push Notifications on the BGA website, and it went back to normal. I also noticed one day that the notifications were a bit slow, so maybe a few minutes to show rather than instantaneously but think this was a server ...

Re: Is the thinking time too long?
I enjoy this game but only play turn-based due to my circumstances. I seriously hope this game is not disabled for turn-based! If you don't like it, play real time instead, why take turn-based away from the rest of us who are happy with it?!

Re: How to honor a player?
I don't have any answers for you, I'm afraid, but just wanted to pass on my condolences. Honoring your friend is such a lovely idea, and I hope BGA manages to do this somehow.

Re: Self-congratulation
Once and for all:-
Not everybody agrees on the correct use of the phrase (a simple search on the forum would tell you this). So stop whining about it!

Re: CHEATERS LIST - GAME
I really don't get all the fuss. If you are over time, then they have a right to kick you. Sure, you MAY have a valid reason (and certainly this should not occur very often), but getting annoyed by other people's lack of sportsmanship is pointless. You can't make someone change their attitude if the...

Re: Need different thumbs down option for collaborative games
I agree with the OP. I have stopped playing a collaborative game because of a very frustrating experience with a partner who didn't seem to know what he was doing. He never responded to my questions and so at the end I had to red-thumb (private) him just so I wouldn't be paired with him again. I don...

Perhaps friends like to play with ELO on?
If you don't like playing people who abuse it, perhaps take the advice and only play it with people you know and trust (i.e. friends)

Re: Please do not say gg if it is literally not a "good game"
As above, the conclusion was always 'let's use "thanks for playing" instead of gg in that case'. That's it. No need to repeat the whole thing again. I think you'll find that some disagree with that phrase too. Basically, you can't please everybody. But, I agree, let's not discuss this aga...

Re: Tranquility Arena mode
But Tock is allowed in Arena and that's a 2v2 team game? Coop games and Team games is not the same. In 2v2 team game, one side wins, one side loses, so the arena system still works. In a Coop game, either everyone wins, or everyone loses (and you have to set up a difficulty for the game in the setu...
