As someone who found out the day of, it was weird they didn't front page it within a day. At this point it's beyond fishy- it just seems like downright subterfuge.

One of my favorite gateway games. Easy to teach and a nice theme

Have been playing the Beta already, and can confirm that this is a fantastic game, gloriously implemented. Rules are not complex, but there is quite a lot of strategy and tactics going on, as well as a push your luck mechanism. Excitement often up to the last turn, when players may make one or more 'Hail Mary' draws from the decks in the hope of getting the Lord, or even the Monster they need for victory. Here's my own little verse, with apologies to the Beatles:

I'd like to be
Under the sea
In a Jellyfish's garden
In the shade.

There's also the possiblitiy of cracking a Watery Pun, but I'll just leave that one to soak in.

So I did get to play it last night as a 1v1 and enjoyed it. I am really excited to try and play it with 3-4 players though since the game really seems like it should be better with more players.

I really haven't played any game like it before so I will happily put it on my favorites list and play it here regularly on BGA

Please, don't make the same thing as in Seasons - making only cards available, without adding any other expansions mechanics. That is assuming expansions get added at some point. Extra content without the extra mechanics doesn't work.
