I played multiple games of Race for the galaxy (rftg) and found bunch of wrongly translated sentences.
For example, "three different kinds of goods" in "diversified economy" is translated as "three goods".
Even worse is that texts are already verified without any translation.
It would be great if you allow me to translate already verified sentences.

p.s. I also found few weird Korean sentences in other games (Seasons, Keyflower, etc.), but I don't remember exactly.

Thanks,
Sangwoo Ji.
Hello Stardust2915, I updated your account so that you can fix mistakes that you spot while playing. Thanks a lot for your help in improving the Korean translations!

Thank you for your approval!

Actually, I don't know how to deploy revised Korean sentences to a game.
It is because I am still not available to edit translation through translation headquarter page.
For example, (https://ko.boardgamearena.com/#!transla ... cale=ko_KR) for Race for the galaxy.
Could I know how to apply my translation as your mention that "fix mistakes that you spot while playing"?

I want to let you know one more situation about Race for the galaxy.
Goals (first goals and most goals) which is included in Gathering storm expansion are not displayed in Korean.
More specifically, Korean translation of the Goals exists in headquarter page, but the translation is not displayed in a game.

Again, thank you for your help.
Sangwoo Ji.

You may need to log off and on again, then you should be able to edit validated translations.
Then translations are updated in the games once per day.

Then the developer must have forgotten something. You should report this as a bug on a RFTG table in the bug reports: https://boardgamearena.com/#!bugs

Mostly related bug report. Probably none of the goal or prestige leader cards update.

I just translated several messages on the main page into German, and while doing that, I recalled an obvious typo in Nine Men's Morris. The box 'propose draw' is erroneously translated to 'Ein Unnentschieden vorschlagen'. It has to be 'Ein Unentschieden vorschlagen' though, so only one n after the U in Unentschieden. Hope someone can fix that because I'm not allowed to :)

It's me again... I played 2 games of Tokaido today and a sentence end the end caught my eye: 'Danke fürs spielen.' In this "spielen" is a nominalised verb and thus must be written with a capital. So it has to be 'Danke fürs Spielen'.

Also I'd like to know when the remarks about one's/my translations are displayed in the profile. For me it's a nice add-on because it shows even more loyality to the site :)

Not sure if that's what you mean, but translations are validated when they are not updated for more than 30 days (they are considered "stable"). See https://boardgamearena.com/#!faq?anchor ... anslations

Dear all,
I found out that the Italian name for "6 nimmt" is not the official one.
Actually, it is translated as "6... Le prendi!", while in Italy it is edited by DalNegro (one of the most ancient Italian card game maker) under the name "Sei... Prendi e perdi!", as can be seen from this https://www.amazon.it/Dal-Negro-53355-G ... B007N5WXMI. I was going to change the translation, but it is validated and I don't have the permission to change that.
Would it be possible to fix it?
Cheers,
Matteo

"6... le prendi!" is correct. The game you link is by a different publisher.
