I have played a few games with the new citizens arrest variant and i think it is fantastic. It is not as blunt as the fire gun rule suggested a while ago. Plus it gives interesting decisions, a citizens arrest depletes your hand and restricts your information.

I think it is a good idea to balance the game. However, it is nearly impossible for Killer to win the game in later period(because Inspector will keep drawing cards and then use "dead" citizen to arrest killer :? ).

I think Inspector can't use "dead" citizen card to arrest Killer.

Having played my share of both versions, I'm pretty sure the CA version unbalances the game heavily to the Inspector. Are there stats we could see how the breakdown is under that variant?

And yes, I've yet to win as the Killer. It's way too easy for the Inspector to win since all they need to do is Exonorate about 10 times before using their Citizen Arrest power to get the Killer.

Would love to know how the Killer can win
