Can you use BGA to prototype game ideas?

I'm working on a game idea in paper based form and I'm wondering if its possible to prototype the game using the BGA framework; that is not published or public but could be used to help iron out or otherwise identify good ideas and get the prototype up and running

Yes there is a tool called BGA Sandbox, it can be used for prototyping and does not require programming experience.
It is beta stage though you have to be in a special group to access it (I think). Ask admins to invite you to that group.
