I'm developing an app with some tools for gamers. For example I will use BBG API to show own game list in the app.
I would like organize online BGA tournaments and show the points also.

ok, admins has to answer that. You would need their permission to use it anyway for starters (even if you reverse engineer API).

There are no public APIs to create tables or tournaments.
