Is there a reason for it to be played/displayed in a counterclockwise order? It may be confusing considering how all(most?) other games are clockwise.

Hi N_Faker,

No problem with that. You can swap clockwise simply by clicking on the arrow, or setting this thorugh your user preferences.
Both Tarot and Belote are traditionnaly played counterclockwise, this is why this option is default.
But when you set the turn order to clockwise, the system will remember that for your future games
