How to take a rouble from the supply

I am advancing my industry token and my next factory allows me to take a rouble from the supply. Where is the supply on the screen and how do I take a rouble? Thank you!

You don't have to choose anything for the effect, so the game system resolves factory ability by itself and gives you 1 rouble automatically.
Same for scoring factories (#1, #8) and doubler one (#4).
