"English rules - Khronos" - allows keeping unused construction cards in hand between turns(translation error?)
"English Matagot Edition 2 rules" - forces the discard of unused construction cards
The BGA implementation does not allow one to keep unused cards. So one rule link may be misleading in that regard.
