No Warning for Wasted Track Actions

Honestly, I know it's on the player to be aware, but if you try to increase your element track but can't due to Key requirements, there's no warning. Considering the game gives a warning if you're about to pass with actions left undone, it would be nice if there was a warning.

Yes, this has been reported as suggestions in the bug reports section already. We'll add a warning.
